Rigel Optics Warranty Policy

To ensure the best quality on all our products and avoid any defects, Rigel carries out comprehensive quality checks on each item before it leaves our distribution center. Further, we also offer a 12 month full factory warranty on all our products. If your item is not working due to a manufacturer defect, return it to us and we will replace it.

Full post warranty service is also available for the life of your product. Should you ever have any problems with your item after the warranty period expires, simply contact us and we will be there to help. We can replace defective parts, or have it serviced by one of our specialists with a quick turn-around time.

While we honor a 12 month warranty on all our products, we cannot accept returns if the item is broken or damaged on the account of the user. Accordingly, be sure to read the user manual and take proper care of your items both during and after use.

ATN (American Technology Network) Warranty Policy

          Return Policy


At ISI NightVisionGear we understand that in some cases, it is difficult to purchase products online without the ability to see and test the product in advance. We therefore offer a 15 day money back guarantee on all of our products. A seven percent restocking fee applies on all returns. A five percent surcharge is levied on all cancelled orders prior to product shipment. Customers only pay the differential cost for exchanges or upgrades from a previous purchase. In order to receive maximum credit on all returns, the returned item must be in new condition with all accessories, manuals, receipts and OEM packaging intact. Credits cannot be given on returned items which are misused, mishandled, or damaged in any way by the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping of all items, and takes the responsibility to ship the item so that it is not damaged in route.

If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will receive your replacement item within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. If you are requesting a refund, your credit card account will be credited within 2 business days after we receive your return or you will be sent a refund check.
